THE ROLE

We’re hiring an Associate at age1. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Investment Team to support sourcing, diligence, portfolio support, and venture incubation.

The ideal candidate loves meeting new people, is capable of scientific due diligence, naturally connects with top-tier talent, holds a high bar for quality, and knows how to execute. Our team is currently distributed across San Francisco and Boston, with a strong preference for this role to be based in San Francisco.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sourcing

• Identify and engage top-tier founders working in longevity
• Support founder outreach

Diligence

• Play a key role in scientific due diligence and investment memo writing

Portfolio Support

• Connect portfolio companies with key resources, advisors, and potential hires

Venture Incubation

• Assist in creating business plans and identifying potential founders to help incubate companies with the fund

Community

• Scale community engagement initiatives through events, networking opportunities, and partnerships
• Help expand and strengthen age1’s founder and investor network through strategic initiatives
